My stay was quite frustrating overall. The hotel was situated conveniently near Bannerghatta Park, which was a definite plus for me. However, the rooms were lacking in basic amenities and the service left a lot to be desired. It was disappointing to deal with staff who were rude and very demanding about payment upfront. The cleanliness of the place was there, but the comfort was not ideal.
